Shipping Information
We have varying levels of shipping based on the product (or products) you order, their weight and size as well as your location.
For a guideline we have basic rates are as follows for UK:
- £3.00 for first class royal mail to 500g
- £7.95 DHL express to 10 kg
- £15.90 DHL express to 20 kg
- £25.00 DHL express to 40 kg
- outside UK price on application
Refunds
You may return most unused items purchased at ACT Performance Products Online Store within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
